How is this different from other property portals?
Traditional portals just list properties. PropertyAIgency uses AI to qualify buyers, book viewings automatically, and brief agents before every meeting — so agents only deal with serious, pre-qualified leads.
Can I list my own property without an agent?
Yes — private sellers and landlords can list for R250 once-off, live for 2 months. Relist for R99 after 2 months. Our AI writes your advert and handles all buyer enquiries automatically.
How does the viewing booking work?
Agents set their availability once. Buyers pick a time slot from the agent's diary and book instantly. No phone calls needed — the AI handles everything in between.
What happens when my property is sold?
Simply mark it as sold in your dashboard. The listing is removed from search, and all buyers who saved it get notified automatically.
How much does it cost to be a service provider?
Your membership is free for the first 6 months — no subscription fee, no credit card required. A per-lead fee (which varies by service category) applies to every lead you receive from day one, including during that free period — you only ever pay for leads you actually get. After the 6 months, membership continues at R2,000 per year (or R199/month), and the per-lead fees carry on as before.
Can I offer multiple services?
Yes — you can register for as many service categories as you offer. A garden service that also does pool maintenance can select both, and will receive leads for either.
What if I get a lead I cannot fulfil?
You can set a weekly lead limit and pause your listing at any time. You are never charged for leads when paused.
How does agency principal billing work?
The principal is billed centrally for their whole team — R3,000/year membership per agent plus R150 per confirmed booking per agent — on one consolidated monthly invoice. There is no separate agency fee, and agents can go month-to-month at R250 and cancel any time.
